I’m a food safety consultant with more than 18 years of experience in manufacturing & high-end restaurants.

I’m terribly fond of animals (four rescue cats, two rescue dogs). I’m also a full-throated feminist, a hardcore believer in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, an advocate for LGBTQ+ equality, a vegetarian, and a vermicomposter.

And I’ve been married for more than 15 years.

I became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in 2023, and I’ve completed more than 850 massage sessions.

I’m also proud to be a Certified Prenatal Massage Specialist (CPMS).
